Having Experience with HSE in the manufacture 3-5 years also for Management K3.
Having Experience with HSE improvement and project.
Having Experience with HSE digitalization (IT basis).
Having Knowledge & Experience of power point, adobe acrobat, excel etc.
Able to plan, well-organized, self-strong management and well-adjusted.

Job Description :
Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (e.g., Pigeon Group's PSM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Risk Management: Conduct routine risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and facility inspections to identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions
Training & Awareness: Facilitate daily or weekly safety briefings (toolbox talks), conduct staff inductions, and provide specialized safety training (e.g., first aid, fire fighting, emergency response)
Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Identify root causes, establish preventive measures, and prepare detailed reports for management.
Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate and lead emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, eye-wash stations)
Compliance & Reporting: Monitor HSE performance metrics, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and submit regular compliance reports to internal and external stakeholders
Safety Culture: Promote a proactive safety culture across all departments and contractor teams by ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to permit-to-work systems.
