Job summary

mr.d.i.y. indonesia seeks a seasoned ESH Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment systems across sites in Indonesia.

You will lead risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with K3 regulations and ISO standards. The role requires 5+ years in HSE, Ahli K3 Umum certification, a related degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive training, audits, and emergency response

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Health and Safety management.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification recognized by Ministry of Manpower.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain ESH management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to mitigate hazards.
• Ensure adherence to K3 Regulations and safety standards.
• Lead incident investigations with detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Organize and facilitate safety training for employees and contractors.
• Manage environmental compliance, including waste management and emission monitoring.
