Job summary

PT Cipta Krida Bahari seeks a SHE professional to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and related systems. Responsibilities

• Identify workplace hazards and implement risk mitigation measures.

• Manage SHE documentation, records, and reporting.
• Ensure availability and use of PPE, signage, and emergency equipment.
• Support emergency response drills and safety improvement initiatives.
• Support PSMS, OIMS, CSMS, and other SHE programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and coordinate with stakeholders.

Job description

This role focuses on ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant management systems. The position involves identifying workplace hazards, implementing risk mitigation measures, and promoting safe working practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with applicable SHE policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant management systems

Identify workplace hazards and health risks, implement appropriate risk mitigation measures, and promote safe working practices

Conduct routine SHE inspections and ensure proper inspection, calibration, maintenance, and operational readiness of SHE and emergency equipment

Manage SHE documentation, records, and reporting, ensuring all activities and inspection results are accurately maintained

Ensure the availability, proper use, and monitoring of PPE, safety signage, and emergency response equipment

Support and participate in emergency response, drills, evacuation exercises, and other safety improvement initiatives

Support the implementation of PSMS, OIMS, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), and other applicable SHE programs

Support industrial hygiene and occupational health programs, including workplace health risk assessment, monitoring, and application of industrial hygiene principles

Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, including waste management, hazardous waste (B3) handling, environmental monitoring, and performance reporting

Promote a strong safety culture, identify and report unsafe conditions and behaviours, and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders on SHE matters

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (HSE)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

Possess General AK3 and POPLB3 certifications

Mandatory experience in a LOBP company

Good understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
