Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management.
• 5 years of experience in a similar Rooms Division Manager role.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of room department operations and front office systems.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Manages and motivates all team members with daily supervision, staffing, training, scheduling, and performance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensures timely resolution of guest complaints and correspondence.
• Participates in yield management strategies to maximize revenues.
• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing on reservations, inventory, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Communicates with guests and associates, verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction.
• Organizes department meetings to maintain consistent service levels within Rooms Division.
• Ensures associate well-being commitments are met in all rooms departments.
• Coordinates staffing and logistics for major group movements and special requirements.
• Assists in developing new programs to increase guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Coordinates and reviews contracted security staff.
• Oversees and participates in activities to enhance guest experience.
• Participates in Manager on Duty coverage with problem solving across hotel.
