Job summary

InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Rooms Division Manager to lead the Guest Services Team and uphold the InterContinental Guest Experience across Front Office and Housekeeping. You will ensure SOP compliance, staff development, and cross-department collaboration to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration, at least 3 years in a similar role, excellent communication, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years’ related experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills is essential.
• Positive and proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Services Team and ensure consistent InterContinental Guest Experience.
• Assist in leading and supervising Housekeeping operations and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain SOPs and brand standards across Front Office, Guest Services and related areas.
