Job summary

PT EGI RESOURCES is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee Front Office or Rooms Division operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role calls for a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in hospitality with 2+ years in supervision, and strong leadership to guide a multi-department team.

You will drive guest service excellence, manage complaints, and ensure SOPs are followed while coordinating with departments to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably Front Office or Rooms Division.
• Minimum 2 years in Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Rooms Division operations.
• Excellent knowledge of guest service, complaint handling, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Able to conduct team briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Good understanding of hotel SOPs and service standards, with consistent implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments including high-occupancy periods.
• Proficient in Hotel PMS and standard office apps (MS Office/Google Workspace).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional, disciplined, and able to collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate team members in daily hotel operations.
• Conduct team briefings and delegate tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure consistent implementation of hotel SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through effective problem solving and service recovery.
