Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Training professional to conduct and socialize training across the Risk Collection function. You will manage training classes, develop materials, and deliver programs to both online and offline audiences, ensuring timely updates to the Training SPV.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of training experience, and strong communication in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Willingness to relocate to Balikpapan is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2+ years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant preferred.
• Experience delivering training for mass positions (customer service, collection, sales) is a plus.
• Tech savvy with LMS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience designing training and developing learning materials from syllabi.
• Good verbal and written communication in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for all departments under Risk Collection Function.
• Manage training classes and end-to-end training activities.
• Prepare training materials and manuals; master content.
• Provide timely training reports and activity updates to Training SPV.

Job description

Conducting training and socialization to designated collection team member, in regards to achieve training objective of all module and materials.

Responsible in delivering training for all department under Risk Collection Function.

To deliver all required training programs accomplished as timeline to specific designated collection team.

To manage training class to be conducted and managing training activity by end-to-end process.

Training preparation including mastering training material and manual.

To provide training report and activity updates to Training SPV in timely manners.

What you will need to have:

Possess Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable University.

Preferably has minimum 2 years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant.

Has experience in managing online or offline training for mass position training will be a good plus (i.e providing training for customer service, collection, sales agent).

Tech savvy, experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.

Familiar with training design and experienced to develop learning materials based on learning syllabus.

Good communication skill both verbal and written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferably current domicile or willing to relocate to Balikpapan
