Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a skilled Trainer/Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training for all departments under the Risk Collection Function. You will manage end-to-end training activities, prepare materials, and report progress to the Training SPV.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, LMS familiarity, and strong English or Bahasa Indonesia communication skills. Preference for candidates based in Yogyakarta, with willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant.
• Experience managing online or offline mass training (customer service, collection, sales agents).
• Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written communication in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

What you will need to have:

Possess Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable University.

Preferably has minimum 2 years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant.

Has experience in managing online or offline training for mass position training will be a good plus (i.e providing training for customer service, collection, sales agent).

Tech savvy, experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.

Familiar with training design and experienced to develop learning materials based on learning syllabus.

Good communication skill both verbal and written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferably current domicile or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
