Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and conduct training for the Risk Collection Function, with emphasis on delivering comprehensive modules and materials. The role requires coordinating end-to-end training programs and reporting progress to the Training SPV.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of trainer experience, and proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office. Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant.
• Experience in delivering training for mass positions (customer service, collection, sales agents) is a plus.
• Tech savvy with LMS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with training design and developing learning materials based on syllabus.
• Good written and verbal communication in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and socialization to designated collection team members to achieve training objectives of all modules and materials.
• Deliver training for all departments under Risk Collection Function.
• Ensure training programs are completed on time for designated teams.
• Manage training classes and end-to-end training activities.
• Prepare training materials and manuals for delivery.
• Provide training reports and updates to Training SPV promptly.

To develop collection team of HCID by conducting training and socialization to designated collection team member in regard to the objective of all training module and material

What you will do:

• Conducting training and socialization to designated collection team member, in regards to achieve training objective of all module and materials.
• Responsible in delivering training for all department under Risk Collection Function.
• To deliver all required training programs accomplished as timeline to specific designated collection team.
• To manage training class to be conducted and managing training activity by end-to-end process.
• Training preparation including mastering training material and manual.
• To provide training report and activity updates to Training SPV in timely manners.

What you will need to have:

• Possess Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable University.
• Preferably has minimum 2 years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant.
• Has experience in managing online or offline training for mass position training will be a good plus (i.e providing training for customer service, collection, sales agent).
• Tech savvy, experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with training design and experienced to develop learning materials based on learning syllabus.
• Good communication skill both verbal and written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferably current domicile or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
