Job summary

ZIN World is seeking a Revenue Manager to own pricing and revenue strategy across its hotels, F&B, spa, retail and fitness units. You will manage OTA and distribution partners to optimize channel performance and build robust revenue forecasts, supporting annual budgeting and occupancy predictions.

The role requires data-driven leadership to guide reservations, e-commerce and sales teams, with a focus on AI-enabled forecasting and market insight.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management or hospitality distribution preferred.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional reservations, e-commerce and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing & revenue strategy across hotels, F&B, spa and retail units.
• Manage OTA & distribution partner relationships to optimize channel performance.
• Analyze market trends and booking patterns to spot growth opportunities.
• Build revenue forecasts and lead the annual budgeting process.
• Oversee PMS, Channel Manager & RMS to ensure data accuracy and forecasting.
