Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day reservation & revenue activities, set team goals and provide feedback.
• Educate and train reservations team on revenue strategies and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing based on guest volume.
• Monitor brand standards and promotion execution across channels.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and long‑term manpower plans.
• Lead weekly rate and yield discussions with senior leadership.
