Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Business Consultant focused on revenue-driven implementations to help clients grow by adopting ESB products. You will identify prospects, build trusting relationships, and drive revenue through honest communication and tailored solutions, while guiding end-to-end deployments.

A diploma in Business or Marketing plus 1–2 years in FnB/Tech sales, strong English, and collaborative mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in FnB/Tech sales or related fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer-oriented with empathy and strong communication.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through events, cold calls, canvassing, and leads.
• Understand client needs with empathy and propose ESB solutions.
• Aim to exceed revenue targets by selling ESB products.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and ensure timely delivery.
