Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Sales Executive in Makassar to grow the business by introducing ESB products to clients, building empathetic relationships, and delivering honest consultations that drive profitability.

You will identify and pursue customers, nurture client partnerships, and oversee end-to-end implementation with agility to ensure timely delivery and client success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales or related fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• A strong customer-oriented attitude driven by genuine empathy for merchant success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills grounded in honesty and transparency.
• High agility with a strong problem-solving aptitude, able to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent English is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Makasar.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential customers through networking at business events, cold calling, canvassing, or following up on company-generated leads.
• Establish and nurture relationships built on empathy, understanding clients' needs and pain points to propose ESB solutions.
• Surpass revenue targets by honestly showcasing the impact of ESB products on client profitability and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation with agility, ensuring seamless integration and meeting timelines.
• Provide strategic and honest consulting services with transparent insights and recommendations.
• Adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and client requirements to drive revenue growth.
