Job summary

PT IFS Solusi Integrasi is seeking a result-driven Sales Consultant to expand ERP software solutions across Indonesia. You will manage the sales pipeline, analyze markets and industry trends, and coordinate with presales, consulting, and CSD to close deals.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in ERP or IT consulting, strong English communication, and proven ability to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from reputable university, local and overseas.
• Minimum 3 years experiences serving ERP software, Hardware or Business Consulting company as Business Consultant, Sales, Pre-Sales or Solution Architect with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong know-how in IT terms especially integrated processes in applications/ERP according to business practices.
• Independent, creative, team player, target oriented person and capable to build sales pipeline.
• Able to work in limited time schedule and quality working standard.
• Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skill and able to communicate with several levels of person in the organization.
• Excellent writing skill, business proposal, letter, etc. both in English and Indonesia.
• Familiar and fluently to work with personal productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation as well as project management applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Pipeline, analyze markets and Industry trends, track sales and status reports.
• Pursue new business opportunities in the software/ERP industries to meet sales targets and grow revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners in the software/ERP industries
• Present solutions and investment benefit to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop proposal, contract, or any administrative and legal documents needed
• Expedite the resolution of customer request within internal cross department to bring the solutions.
• Coordinate sales lifecycle activity with superior and other departments (presales, consulting and CSD)
• Supply management with reports on sales lifecycle and pipeline generation.
