Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) seeks a Business Consultant to drive revenue growth by introducing and implementing ESB products for clients in the Jabodetabek area.

You will establish strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead end-to-end implementations to boost profitability. The role requires 1–2 years in FnB/Tech sales, a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in FnB or tech sectors.
• Diploma degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in business or marketing.
• Fluent English is a plus; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers to benefit from ESB products.
• Build and nurture client relationships to understand needs.
