• Strong communication and negotiation skills; honest and professional.
• Excellent problem-solving and fast-adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Manado.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through events, cold calling, canvassing, and leads.
• Build trust-based client relationships by listening to challenges and recommending ESB solutions.
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets by honest, consultative selling with measurable value.
