Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide and seeking a Training Implementation Staff to deliver learning programs across stores in the Jabodetabek area. You will facilitate sessions, monitor outcomes, and support employee capability development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of L&D experience, with strong communication and coaching skills. Travel to stores is expected to ensure training aligns with standards and drives performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
• Experience in delivering training, facilitation, coaching, and store visits.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs and learning initiatives across stores and locations within Jabodetabek.
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and virtual sessions on product knowledge and customer service.
• Monitor participation, progress, certification, and training effectiveness with data.
• Support new store openings, onboarding, refreshment training, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Store Operations and Area Managers to identify capability gaps.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning and drive performance.
