Job summary

Blibli Electronic is seeking a Training Implementation Staff to drive learning and development programs across Jabodetabek stores and operations. You will deliver training, facilitate sessions, monitor effectiveness, and support capability development to improve product knowledge and customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating classroom, on-the-job, and virtual trainings, tracking progress, and collaborating with Store Operations and Area Managers to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Implementation, Training Specialist, Retail Training, or a related function.
• Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, store visits, and employee development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable traveling within the Jabodetabek area and conducting frequent field visits to stores and operational locations.

• Execute training programs and learning initiatives across stores and operational locations within the Jabodetabek area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and training standards.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, sales capability, customer service excellence, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor training participation, learning progress, certification completion, and training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, coaching follow-ups, and data-driven reporting.
• Support new store openings, onboarding programs, refreshment training, and development initiatives to ensure employee readiness and performance consistency.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Area Managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure training implementation supports operational needs.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning application and drive continuous improvement in employee performance.

As a Training Implementation Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of learning and development programs across stores and operational teams within the Jabodetabek area. You will be responsible for delivering training programs, facilitating learning sessions, monitoring training effectiveness, and supporting employee capability development to achieve business objectives. Your contribution will help strengthen product knowledge, service excellence, operational consistency, and overall employee performance.

What We’ll Work on Together

1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Implementation, Training Specialist, Retail Training, or a related function.

Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, store visits, and employee development programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Comfortable traveling within the Jabodetabek area and conducting frequent field visits to stores and operational locations.

Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or service industries will be an advantage.

Open to candidates from various industries with relevant Learning & Development and Training experience.
