Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide to strengthen learning and development across Jabodetabek stores. As Training Implementation Staff, you’ll deliver training programs, facilitate sessions, and monitor effectiveness to boost product knowledge, service excellence, and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in L&D or related fields, with willingness to travel for field visits and store trainings within the Jabodetabek area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Learning & Development or Training roles.
• Experience in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching.
• Willingness to travel within the Jabodetabek area for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs across stores and operations in Jabodetabek.
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions.
• Monitor participation, progress, certification, and effectiveness.
• Support store openings and onboarding with refreshment training.
• Collaborate with Store Operations and Area Managers to address gaps.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning.
