Job summary

Blibli in Jabodetabek is seeking a Sales & Retail Operations Staff to oversee a cluster of stores, drive sales targets, and uphold operational excellence. You will bridge Head Office and store operations, coaching Store Supervisors and ensuring consistent customer experience across locations.

The role requires 2–3 years of multi-store retail experience, strong leadership, inventory control, and proficiency in Excel while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in business or retail management.
• 2–3 years of multi-store retail operations experience.
• Experience leading Store Supervisors or Managers.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
• Proficiency in Excel and retail reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the performance of assigned stores to achieve targets and standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure SOPs and merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue and store profitability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and asset protection through stock control.
• Coach and develop Store Supervisors and store teams.
• Review manpower planning and store roster management.
• Lead readiness and hypercare for new store openings.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
