Job summary

Lazada in Jakarta is hiring for an Operations specialist to manage product listings in Seller Center, maintain store and SKU master data, and optimize PDP content quality. The role requires coordinating across teams to ensure listings comply with guidelines and run smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business-related field with 2+ years in operations or e-commerce, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and English proficiency is a plus. This is an on-site position in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings in Seller Center, ensuring complete, accurate, and guideline-compliant listing information.
• Maintain the master data of stores and SKUs; keep store info, categories, attributes, and product relationships up to date.
• Monitor and improve PDP content score quality; drive corrective actions on low-scoring listings.
• Set up and maintain listing requirements in the system, including shelf life, inbound restrictions, ban rules, and compliance configurations.
• Monitor listing health and operational reports, identify anomalies, and follow up on resolutions.
• Escalate system issues to technical teams with clear reproduction details.
• Support campaign and promotional prep by ensuring listings and data are ready ahead of launches.
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks related to store and listing operations.

• Maintain the master data of stores and SKUs, and keep store information, categories, attributes, and product relationships up to date
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the content score quality of our Product Detail Pages (PDP), and drive corrective actions on low-scoring listings
• Set up and maintain listing requirements in our system, including shelf life, inbound restrictions, ban rules, and other compliance configurations
• Monitor listing health and operational reports, identify anomalies or recurring issues, and follow up on resolutions
• Escalate any system issues as needed to relevant technical or troubleshooting teams, with clear documentation and reproduction details to enable fast resolution
• Support campaign and promotional preparation by ensuring listings, data, and content are ready ahead of launch timelines
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks related to store and listing operations
