Lazada Group is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Operations Associate who will create and maintain product listings across our Seller Center platforms. You will ensure accuracy, guideline compliance, and up-to-date master data for stores and SKUs.

You will monitor PDP content quality, enforce listing requirements, track health metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues ahead of launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Operations, E-commerce, or Retail.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with e-commerce back-office or seller management systems is a plus.
• Good command of English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage product listings in Seller Center, ensuring complete, accurate, and guideline-compliant listing information for all assigned stores
• Maintain the master data of stores and SKUs, and keep store information, categories, attributes, and product relationships up to date
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the content score quality of our Product Detail Pages (PDP), and drive corrective actions on low-scoring listings
• Set up and maintain listing requirements in our system, including shelf life, inbound restrictions, ban rules, and other compliance configurations
• Monitor listing health and operational reports, identify anomalies or recurring issues, and follow up on resolutions
• Escalate any system issues as needed to relevant technical or troubleshooting teams, with clear documentation and reproduction details to enable fast resolution
• Support campaign and promotional preparation by ensuring listings, data, and content are ready ahead of launch timelines
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks related to store and listing operations
