Geekvape is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations in Denpasar and surrounding regions in Bali. You will lead a team of sales representatives, drive performance, and ensure strong distribution and presence at retail partners.

Key focus is achieving ambitious sales targets, expanding market presence in Bali, and collaborating with marketing to execute promotions. A proven FMCG sales background and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in FMCG sector.
• At least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics in Bali.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and distribution for FMCG products in Denpasar.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and coach team members to improve effectiveness.
