• Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and distribution for FMCG products in Denpasar.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders in the local market.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at points of sale through effective territory management and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional activities and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
