Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide in Indonesia. We are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales.

You will coach and motivate the store team, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, ensure brand standards, and coordinate with management. Shift work including weekends is required. Placement: Ciperna, Arjawinangun, Tuparev, Ciawi Gebang, Ciledug.

Formación

• A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
