Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience across our electronics range in Indonesia. You will guide the store team, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards while driving sales.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business or Retail Management, have 2–3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision, and are ready to work in shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Retail Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronics or consumer goods is a plus.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
