Job summary

PT Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking an Area Manager to lead and monitor performance across multiple supermarket stores in the Bekasi region. You will drive sales, profitability, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs while ensuring SOPs and merchandising standards are consistently applied.

You will coach Store Managers and leadership teams, analyze performance, and develop action plans to boost sales and efficiency. Travel between stores within the assigned area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (required).
• 5+ years in supermarket/retail with at least 2 years in Area Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs including sales, margin, inventory, shrinkage, manpower and operating costs.
• Willing to travel between stores within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, margin, inventory, shrinkage, manpower, and operating costs.
• Willing to travel between stores within the assigned area.
