The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives and organizational needs.
• Support workforce and manpower planning initiatives to ensure effective organizational structure and resource allocation.
• Oversee and support key HR operations and people processes, ensuring effective and consistent service delivery.
• Partner on Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and workforce-related analysis.
• Drive talent development and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen employee capability, retention, and organizational culture.
• Support succession planning and talent management processes to identify and develop key talent across the organization.
• Lead and continuously improve performance management processes, ensuring alignment between individual objectives and business priorities.
• Maintain and utilize HR analytics to identify workforce trends, provide insights, and support management decision-making.
• Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes remain aligned with applicable regulations, company standards, and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support broader HR initiatives and maintain alignment across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and end-to-end people processes, including HR services and solutions, manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
• Experience working in an international or multinational environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-cultural environment.
