Aqua Elektronik is seeking a capable Retail Specialist to drive field sales and sell-out performance across branches in Indonesia. You will supervise branch teams, set KPI targets, and coordinate with head office to optimize displays, promotions, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Retail Specialist.
• Excellent sales management and relationship building.

• Manager level of reporting ability.
• Proficient in MS Excel and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Track sell-out performance by store and coordinate with related departments to maximize sell-out.
• Manage field force (team leaders, MDs, promotors) and KPI performance.
• Support HO Store Management to track branch assets (display, booth, POSM, signboard).
• Develop sell-out activity program ideas for branches.
• Coordinate dealer activity sponsorship in branches and report.
• Monitor competitor sell-out activities and countermeasures.
• Daily coordination with Branch/Area Managers to align sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop reporting system by period, channel/store, MD/TL.
• Conduct regular store visits and market surveys.
• Deliver training in branches with HO training team.
