Job summary

Aqua Elektronik in Jakarta is seeking a Retail Specialist to monitor branch sell-out performance, investigate issues, and coordinate with related departments to maximize sales in the network.

You will manage field force including team leaders, MDs and promoters, set direction, and drive KPI performance. The role also supports HO Store Management in tracking retail assets, product displays, POP materials, and signboards, with strong emphasis on reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
• 3+ years as Retail Specialist.
• Excellent sales management & relationship building.
• Have good leadership and people management skills.
• Have good Analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Manager level of reporting ability.
• Skilled in MS Excel and other related apps.

Responsibilities

• Tracking Sell-out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related department to get maximize sell-out.
• Manage field force in respective areas; Team leaders, MD and Promotors. Give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
• Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard etc.
• Craft ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in branch.
• Operate, track and report dealer activity sponsorship programs in branch.
• Keep track of each competitor's sell-out activity in branch, create suggestions, key findings and countermeasures.
• Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, making sure the alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
• Do regular store visit and market survey.
• Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.
