Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is hiring a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life at the point of sale. This field role focuses on strong partnerships, in-store execution, and maximizing product visibility in GT and MT outlets.

You will travel across Indonesia, build retailer relationships, and implement trade programs with precise activation. On-site work six days per week, with mobility across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to relocate across Indonesia.
• Ready to work in the field and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
