Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in Banda Aceh is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and partnerships across GT and MT channels.

This on-site role involves frequent fieldwork across diverse Indonesian markets and requires travel and relocation as needed. You will own the shelf, activate campaigns, and expand distribution by building strong relationships with retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia and relocate as needed.
• Must have a valid SIM C and/or SIM A.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost visibility.
• Build relationships with retailers in GT and MT channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in the territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive growth.
• Track performance, address challenges, and deliver results in the field.
