Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is hiring a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility and distributor partnerships across GT and MT channels. The role is on-site with field travel across Indonesia and requires readiness to relocate as needed.

You will execute trade programs, build retailer relationships, and expand distribution, delivering measurable results in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1); minimum GPA 2.75.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, proactive and growth-oriented.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Agile, resilient and quick to learn.
Team player who enjoys connecting with people.
Ready to work in the field, travel regularly, and relocate across Indonesia.
Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

Responsibilities

Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
