Qualifications

• Proven retail banking experience with sales or relationship management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of retail banking products including deposits and loans.
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within your assigned portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify suitable banking products and services.
• Present and promote a wide range of retail banking products including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for client acquisition and product uptake.
• Prepare financial proposals tailored to client requirements and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve queries promptly; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver seamless service and identify cross-selling opportunities.
