PermataBank in Surabaya seeks a Senior Relationship Manager for the Commercial segment to deliver financial solutions while meeting policies and processes.

You will build networks with corporate clients, achieve individual targets, cross-sell products, and establish new client partnerships to grow asset and revenue. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced banking environment at PermataBank.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Min. 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in banking industry; Wholesale/ Corporate Banking experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with customers.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Act as the main contact for Commercial segment customers in providing appropriate financial solutions while complying with policies and processes.
• Responsible for achieving targets for products and customer segmentation; conduct cross-selling and ensure high quality of work for customer satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and expand networks/relationships with Commercial customers to achieve targets.
• Establish cooperation with new/target customers in Commercial segment and carry out activities to increase acquisitions.
