Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail banking, sales or customer relationship management.
• Strong ability to build rapport and manage client portfolios.
• Knowledge of retail banking products including deposits and loans is essential.
• Proficiency with banking systems and MS Office is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within your assigned portfolio
• Conduct needs analysis to identify suitable banking products and services
• Present and promote deposits, loans, investments and insurance products
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for client acquisition and product uptake
• Prepare and present tailored financial proposals
• Process banking transactions accurately while complying with regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly
• Participate in branch marketing to attract new clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service and cross-sell opportunities
