Job summary

PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk. is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to maintain and grow client relationships in the Cirebon region. This on-site, contract role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending financial solutions, and driving growth for the bank's product suite.

You will promote and sell bank services, acquire new customers, expand portfolios, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. 1+ year in banking or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial industry, preferably in relationship management, sales, business development, or banking.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking-related systems.
• Willing to be placed at the location mentioned above.
