Job summary

Bread Yard in Bali seeks a restaurant supervisor/manager with 1–3 years in F&B and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will understand front-of-house and kitchen coordination, inventory, and cash handling, with proven leadership and strong analytical abilities.

The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and a focus on maintaining food quality, beverage standards, cleanliness, and customer service while driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years in Food & Beverage with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including F&B, inventory, and cash handling.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills for sales, cost, and operations reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Helps managers monitor and manage day-to-day restaurant operations for smooth service.
• Ensure food quality, beverage standards, cleanliness, and customer service meet standards.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and minimize waste.
• Monitor cash handling procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally with timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Enforce SOPs across all restaurant operations.
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and employee development.
