Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Experience as Restaurant Supervisor, Captain, or Senior Waiter is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and costing.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Well-groomed, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic operational reporting.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
