Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, service quality, and guest experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle questions, requests, and complaints calmly and professionally.
• Support team members during busy periods and ensure smooth coordination between the floor, barista, and kitchen teams.
• Guide and coach junior staff to improve their service skills and performance.
• Assist with training new team members on service standards, SOPs, and daily procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, barista team, and management to ensure smooth operations.
