Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor in F&B, restaurant, bar, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of bar and floor/service operations.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Customer service oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar and floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meet company standards.
