Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or an associate degree with relevant experience.
• 4 years F&B or related experience, or 2 years degree with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant team and addressing employee questions.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff.
• Supervise daily shift operations and coordinate with director/manager.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available for smooth service.
• Participate in department meetings to align goals and drive outcomes.
