Job summary

ANV Hospitality Group (Denpasar) is seeking a competent Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across front and back of house in Bali. You will ensure smooth service flow, coordinate between kitchen and service teams, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.

You will lead, train, and schedule staff, optimize staffing levels, manage cash handling and POS operations, and drive revenue through upselling and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Bali hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations (front of house & back of house).
• Ensure smooth service flow and efficient coordination between kitchen and service team.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Supervise, schedule, and manage restaurant staff (service / floor team).
• Ensure proper staffing levels based on business needs.
• Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Monitor service quality and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong presence on the floor during peak hours.
• Ensure brand standards and service standards are consistently delivered.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Implement upselling strategies and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales reports and trends to support business decisions.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and POS system.
• Control food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
• Ensure all licenses and permits are valid and up to date.
• Conduct regular operational audits.
• Manage staff attendance, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with management for business planning and improvements.
