PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team in Batam, Riau Islands. Lead restaurant operations, develop teams, and drive guest satisfaction within our growing portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy, full-service setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations including service delivery, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and hygiene standards, and company policies.
Manage and mentor restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and development.
Monitor financial performance, control costs and work towards budgeted targets and revenue goals.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Plan and execute promotional activities, events and menu initiatives.
Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality products and services.
Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to high standards.
Report on operational metrics to senior management.
Uphold brand standards and company values in all operations.
