Job summary

TOMA Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in South Tangerang, Banten. You will manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure SOP compliance, and drive high-quality service and customer experience.

You will develop staff schedules, monitor costs, and oversee promotions to meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar in F&B.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-outlet environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations, SOPs, and service standards.
• Knowledge of sales, cost control, inventory, and basic P&L.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with focus on service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical and organized with scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the FOH and BOH team.
• Prepare staff schedules, daily briefings, and operational assignments.
• Ensure all employees follow SOP, service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Drive upselling, promotions, and other initiatives to increase revenue.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and expenses; conduct stock checks and minimize waste.
• Analyze sales and operational performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, HR, Finance, Purchasing, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure readiness for opening and closing operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
