You will oversee scheduling, inventory, staff training, and guest relations while maintaining health and safety standards across prime locations.

The role requires 3–5 years in restaurant leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations including food & beverage management, inventory control, and financial management.
• Understanding of health, safety and food hygiene regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and team management.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimise costs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue targets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate policies and performance expectations.
• Manage reservations and events to maximise capacity and satisfaction.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and staff development.
