Job summary

TOMA Group is seeking passionate bar team members for our South Tangerang locations. You will work as Head Bar, Barista/Bartender, or Barback, delivering high quality beverages and outstanding guest experiences.

Within a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will maintain beverage quality, manage stock, and adhere to SOPs while ensuring cleanliness and safety. Shift work, weekends, and holidays are expected as part of a dynamic F&B team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Bar/Beverage operations.
• Previous experience as a Barback, Barista/Bartender, or Head Bar.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in South Tangerang.
