Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA seeks a Store Manager to lead and evaluate store teams, ensure operations meet SOPs, and manage daily service across outlets. You will open/close restaurants, monitor sales, and control costs to drive growth for the group.

Required are a Diploma in F&B Services Management and 2+ years as Store/Asst Manager in F&B, with strong leadership and financial understanding to support East Java brands such as Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan, and Dapur Solo.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is a must.
• At least 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with target orientation.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand, lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Execute operations and services per SOPs and standards.
• Open and close the restaurant and run all daily operations in the service division.
• Study and track sales, control costs of goods, labor, and other restaurant expenses.
