Job summary

Unique Unicorns in Bali is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a new breakfast-and-dinner concept in Pererenan. You’ll oversee daily operations, build a strong team culture, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while shaping the restaurant’s development from the ground up.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive mindset, and close collaboration with company leadership to establish service standards and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Knowledge of Bali hospitality scene is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop the team to foster a strong culture.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Develop and implement operational procedures with leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with director and management to define direction and goals.
• Coordinate with kitchen for front- and back-of-house alignment.
• Monitor labour costs, sales, and key business indicators.
• Work with accounting and purchasing for financial control.
• Schedule staff, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and business results.
