You will guide day-to-day operations, uphold food safety and hygiene, and mentor chefs while aligning with management to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine with ability to create balanced, distinctive dishes.
• Natural leader who inspires and develops a kitchen team.
• Leads by example with attitude, work ethic, professionalism, and daily actions.
• Focus on cleanliness, punctuality, organization, and maintaining high kitchen standards.
• Knowledge of local Bali food safety regulations and operational standards.

Responsibilities
